False case against Nithyananda is one step away from being dismissed
Bengaluru. 21 July 2016. 
Yesterday saw a landmark judgement by the Karnataka High Court in Swami Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s favor which will go a long way to prove his innocence and in the dismissal of the false rape charge leveled against him. The court ordered the investigating authorities to submit all the un-submitted evidences they have with them that have been suppressed so far because they prove his innocence.
These evidences demanded by the court include:
- the medical reports of the false rape victim showing she has had 4 highly contagious and incurable STDs some of which are transmitted even by touch
- Swamiji’s medical records which show that he has none of these incurable diseases and also showing he has a yogic body and not capable of a sexual act
- a number of critical witness statements which were against the false victim’s allegations
- email confession of the false victim to a friend saying she never had any kind of sexual relationship with Swami Nithyananda
- multiple proofs of discrepancies in the dates and locations of the alleged rape incidents
More importantly, the High court has ordered that the trial court MUST consider all these evidences when they decide over the next few weeks whether this case even warrants a trial.
